cancellation policy:

For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date, all costs will be refunded, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, 25% deposit will be forfeited, unless cottage is re-rented, at which time all but a $50.00 cancellation fee will be refunded.
